Discrimination is something that has lived in this world for ages. People have been judged because of their skin color, their sex, their age, their religion, their sexual orientation, and/or even more. For this shoot, we gathered people of different ethnicities, religions, ages, and sexes to pose the same, to show that we are all the same in a stripped down enviornment. We are all humans, all breathing the same air, and apart of the same world.
As a resident in Harlem, I think that I can agree with the opinion that it is a very cool place to live in. Its very friendly, artistic, and a great learning experience as well. In fact, Harlem actually played a really big part in U.S history, mostly in the Civil Rights Movement. There is also a whole library/museum dedicated to the history of African Americans in harlem. This place is called the Schomburg Museum.
